Dubai, UAE, 24 April 2025 – Al Habtoor Motors, the exclusive distributor of JAC Motors in the UAE since 2013, has once again been recognized and honoured for its outstanding performance in the automotive industry, receiving the prestigious Best Global Distributor Award 2025 for the second consecutive year. Presented during the JAC Global Partners Conference, the awards were held from April 18th to 21st in Hefei, China — a grand event that welcomed over 600 global partners from various regions and over 100 countries.

Under the inspiring theme of “WE WILL WIN”, the conference emphasized a shared vision of global collaboration between all partners and a motivating future built on mutual success. In total, JAC Motors showcased 57 products across commercial and passenger vehicle lines — demonstrating a masterful and vivid dual-focus strategy for the future: advancing both Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles (ICEVs) alongside Electric Vehicles (EVs), in addition to the development of commercial and passenger vehicles in parallel.
The Best Global Distributor award was accepted by Mr. Karim Maksoud, Managing Director of Al Habtoor Motors, accompanied by Mr. Satdev Singh, Director of Operations, and Mr. Nassib Nassar, Director of Marketing & CRM, in the presence of Mr. Xiang Xingchu, Chairman of JAC Group, along with senior JAC executives and partners from around the globe.
This accolade reaffirms Al Habtoor Motors’ consistent commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth within the UAE market. Al Habtoor Motors (AHM), a leading name in the automotive industry in the United Arab Emirates, celebrated an outstanding success securing four prestigious awards at the JAC Global Partners Conference 2024 held in Hefei, China, on January 14, 2024.

During the yearly conference, JAC hosts its international dealers, bringing together participants worldwide to acknowledge excellence in various categories.

The partnership between AHM and JAC began in 2013. Since then, the collaboration has flourished, culminating in AHM’s recent success at the conference, underscoring the company’s global standing and commitment to excellence, and highlighting its dedication in promoting the JAC brand in the UAE.

The first accolade, “The Best Global Distributor Award,” was presented to Karim Maksoud, AHM Managing Director, in recognition of the company’s outstanding global
distribution efforts. The “Sales Star Award” was given to C.V. Ravin, Director of Sales, forremarkable contributions to achieving outstanding sales results.

M.K Rajkumar, Director of After-Sales, received the “Excellent After-Sales Service Award”, which
recognized AHM’s dedication to providing exceptional after-sales service experiences. Rajkumar Mk, on behalf of K. Chandran,Group Parts Manager, collectedthe “Parts Star Award”, in appreciation of their exemplary contributions to the parts division.

These awards add to AHM’s legacy of excellence, building upon previous acknowledgements such as the “Sales Star” 2016 and Awards for Aftersales 2023.

On 13th May 2017, an ongoing process of Customer beneficial program was held by AL HABTOOR MOTORS (JAC – MEDIUM/ HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS) at AL HABTOOR TRAINING FACILITY.

The training platform was organized to train the drivers of MIDDLE EAST READYMIX CONCREATE LLC, by the Technical and Training Department of ALHABTOOR MOTORS.

This covered aspects like

• Driving the vehicles most economical and efficient way to ensure longevity and best mileage.
• Incorporating Safe driving techniques to ensure safety of driver and other road users
• Contributing to improve United Arab Emirates carbon foot print.

The first Season of RRR Hookups Basketball League, the latest basketball tournament to join the UAE circuit, featuring 14 teams, took place at Strokes Sports Gym in Rashidiya on the 18th November 2016. The aim of the tournament was to raise funds for medical assistance to needy Filipino expats in Dubai by bringing together the Filipino community to play the game they loved most. JAC Automobiles was one of the proud sponsors of high-adrenaline sports event. As part of the sponsorship, a sleek and power-packed European styled JAC J4 was displayed at the venue and proved to be a star attraction.

JAC J4 is a five-seater luxury sedan with 1.5 liter four cylinder turbo engine that is said to be a perfect combination of fashion and class, featuring safety equipments such as ISO FIX for child seat, ABS-EBD, tyre pressure monitoring system, and dual airbags, among others. J4 generates 113HP with CVT transmission. JAC J5, on the other hand, is a five-seater luxury sedan with 1.8 liter engine which reflects international auto design trends and fashion, which is also loaded with safety features such as dual airbags, motion-sensitive auto door lock, and side impact protection beam, among others. JAC J6, is meanwhile, equipped with energy-saving feature with its sportive design which ensures low wind drag, resulting to less fuel consumption. The seven-seater J6 compact MPV has 1.8 liter engine. JAC M5 is a seven-seater MPV with leather seats, electrical sunroof, visual parking sensor, and adjustable mid row seats that allow versatile seating arrangement, among others. It has 2-liter turbo-charged engine.

JAC Sunray is a van and mini bus first released in 2010. The bus version is equipped with reclining seat backs giving it the touch of luxury, while the van version comes with massive 12 cubic meters cargo capacity. JAC light commercial vehicles are available in the range of 3.5 and 4.2 tons and the heavy weight commercial vehicles are available in 8.6 and 12 tons. Both vehicle segments come with turbocharged diesel engines providing heavy duty performance, air conditioning, power steering and radio with CD player and much more. After our incredible success by being the No. 1 in Brazil we are looking forward to establishing a strong presence in the Middle East. I can foresee a great demand for JAC in the UAE as it is a market where quality products are the most sought after Xingchu, for his part, said. Xingchu said they ranked No. 1 in export sales for 12 consecutive years, and is one of the top 10 brands in the automobile industry of China. In Qatar, Xingchu noted that they had 1000 units of heavy duty truck sold in just one year. The official dealership agreement was recently signed in Dubai by Sultan Al Habtoor, president of Al Habtoor Motors, and Carl She, general manager of JAC International, in the presence of all members of the Al Habtoor Motors board of directors. The official signing between Al Habtoor Motors and JAC Motors ushers a partnership that will introduce international-quality Chinese passenger, light commercial and heavy commercial vehicles to the UAE market. Part of Al Habtoor Motors’ strategic long-term vision, this new partnership aims make JAC Motors one of the highly-competitive automotive brands in the passenger and commercial vehicles segment of the UAE in the next five years.
